*Our Overdraft Defender service is a purely discretionary privilege that we may provide to you from time to time and which may be withdrawn or withheld by us at any time without prior notice or reason or cause. Our normal fee for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or overdraft (OD) items is currently $29.00 per NSF or OD item, as set forth in our fee schedule, and will be charged for each transaction initiated for payment from your checking account that does not have sufficient funds. Transactions that may cause or create overdrafts include checks; in-person (teller) withdrawal; ACH or automatic payments. In addition, if you sign the Opt-in authorization, you may be able to access your overdraft checking limit through an ATM or debit card purchase. The amount of any overdrafts including our fees that you owe us shall be due and payable immediately. We may refuse to pay an overdraft for you at any time, even though your account is in good standing and even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you.
